Kenes Turkey is the official organizer of the "5th Biennial Conference of the International Society for Bipolar Disorders" and will be offering special reduced rates for hotel accommodation.

Hotel Accommodation at special rates is available at the following hotels:

Official check-in time for the hotels is 14.00 hours and check-out is 12:00 noon.
All extra expenses such as meals, mini bar, telephone calls, dry cleaning etc. should be paid to the hotels directly before check-out.

Deadline for Advance Accommodation Reservation Requests is Friday,
February 10th, 2012

Please note that requests after this date will still be processed but your accommodation can not be guaranteed due to the unavailability of the conference hotels at this date. To avoid any inconveniences we recommend you to make your reservation at an earlier stage.

How to Make Accommodation Reservation
Accommodation requests are processed when the form and full payment are received. Reservations can be made online filling out the Registration & Accommodation Reservation From.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will only be final upon receipt of the full payment of hotel reservation.

For hotel reservation made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly.

Group Accommodation: (10 rooms and up) Special accommodation procedures apply for group accommodations. For Group Reservations please contact with Conference Secreteriat / Kenes Turkey
You will be required a valid credit card for Online Accommodation Reservation. Please read carefully the cancellation policy and payment terms below.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation and Refund Policies
ALL CANCELLATIONS and changes must be sent in writing to KENES TURKEY. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Cancellation and Changes of hotel reservation;

Any refunds that may occur to cancellation and/or alteration will be processed within two (2) months following the conclusion of the Conference.

* The above mentioned policy applies to individual bookings only. For group bookings (i.e. over 10 rooms) please contact the Congress Organizers..

IMPORTANT NOTES:
In case of non arrival(s), the hotel(s) reserve the right to release the room(s) within 24 hrs. Without further notice, provided that participant(s) have not informed the Congress Organizers about their late arrival(s), No refunds will be made for non arrival(s).

Late arrival(s) and/or early departure(s) (based on the dates of the confirmed booking), will result in the charge of the total room cost(s) and no refunds will be made.

All refunds will be processed after the ISBD 2012. All bank fees related to the refunds are to be paid by the participant.

METHODS of PAYMENT
All payments are to be paid in EUROs. Payments can be made by using one of the methods stated below.

Online Registration:
Attendees should sign in the Online Registration System and create their accounts for the ISBD 2012 by providing their personal details. By using this 3D Secure* online system, attendees will be able to register and purchase accommodation, airport-hotel-airport transfers, city and pre/post tours. Attendees will be required a valid 3D Secure* credit card to which the fees will be debited.
VISA, MasterCard credit cards are accepted for the payments.

*What is a 3D secure credit card?
- 3D Secure is an XML-based protocol used as an added layer of security for online credit card transactions. The system was developed by Visa and has also been adopted by MasterCard.

Wire (Bank) Transfer:
The wire transfer should be exclusive of bank or any other charges. Please make sure to indicate the "ISBD 2012" and PARTICIPANT'S SURNAME and all below details during the transfer.
A copy of the transaction statement should be faxed to KENES TURKEY (+90 212 299 9977. Please note that all bank transfers should be exclusive of any bank charges.

Mail Order:
VISA & MasterCard are accepted for the payments.

Please sign in the online registration system, fill out the required fields on the system and on the payment page please click Mail Order Credit Card Payment and print the form and fill out the Credit Card Information in writing and then fax the form to the Conference Secretariat. Upon receipt of your form, registration amount will be debited from your credit card and your confirmation will be sent upon receiving the transaction from the bank.
