*Including psychologists, nurses and social workers excluding fellows and registrations supported by Industry. Applicants for student category are required to submit proof of student status (e.g., a copy of university ID card)

REGISTRATION FEES FOR PARTICIPANTS INCLUDE :

Payment of registration fees (in EURO only) can be made as follows:

By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard
Your monthly credit card statement will indicate payment made to “Kenes Uluslararası Kongre Turizmi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.”.

By Bank Transfer: Please make drafts payable to: 
Account Holder: Kenes Uluslararası Kongre Turizmi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti.

Bank Details:

• Please ensure that the name of the congress and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
• Please note: All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the congress account on time.

• Cancellations received up and including Dec 22, 2011 – full refund less €35 handling fee.
• From December 22, 2011 – no refund will be made.

GROUP REGISTRATION
Group Registration procedure will be valid for 10 participants and more.
